Cesar Arreola is a Sr. Customer Success Manager and helps companies design the right strategies to maximize the value of their Enterprise Social Network. His focus is on understanding the user interaction in order to increase adoption and engagement. Prior to joining Yammer, he worked as an Engagement Manager where he used behavioral science and social normative insights to change energy habits.
His past experiences include managing large-scale ERP deployments and co-founding a software outsourcing company in Brazil. He has a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt and an M.B.A from INSEAD in France.
